Pretty good for a refurbished GN20ultra.
Everything works great so far. Cameras and all other functions are fine.The only drawback so far is that the screen has a decent sized ripple in the center. You don't notice much while in use and finger interactions are mostly fine except for sometimes it doesn't read your touch. You can't put a screen protector on it.I tried and the finger tip contact was disrupted further. I increased touch sensitivity but it didn't help.They're was also some glue around the camera bump edge that remained. Came right off though.I added a 1tb sd and a nice case. I'm going to run with a naked screen for now, until I find a good solution.Good deal for what may be the last of the great expandable sd, S-Pen flagship phones from Samsung.*Amazon app won't let me upload images.

2. The SD card tray is very bent – so much so that it took multiple tries for the phone to recognize my SD card.
3. The charging block received is a cheap third-party block, I expected a Samsung brand block
4. The battery life does not last as long as similar Note 20 phones I have experience with.
5. The camera (all forward facing cameras) is unable to maintain focus on any target greater than about 6 feet away. I have thoroughly vetted all options to try and reconcile this (a clear cache, numerous camera settings). It appears as though there are scratches to the glass camera lens shielding . It also appears as though that this glass shielding has been replaced previously. Anecdotally, my husband has the exact same phone with a functional camera and the side by side comparison between the picture taking quality is substantially different.
I am in the process of procuring a replacement and refund. Sometimes ordering refurbished on amazon is like Russian Roulette - sometimes you win, sometimes you don't.
Unfortunately this phone was not up to par, I am in the process of requesting replacement/refund
