They sold a defective product and did not return the money! After a month of using the phone, I noticed errors in operation and defects, namely.
1- if one drop of water gets in, the sensor will not cope and will stop working.
2- the volume button has gone inside and is constantly pressed; very difficult to control the volume.
3- When rebooting the phone, you need to wait 5-7 minutes. as it automatically restarts a second time.
4- when you turn on the ringing mode before going to bed, the alarm clock only vibrates :/.
5 - The sound disappeared several times and the phone had to be restarted.
6 - Sometimes the microphone stops working, you have to restart the phone!
Very often the mobile Internet disappears, 5G and 4G do not work either, in order for the Internet to work somehow you have to turn on 3G
I would also like to add that the seller says to contact ASUS, and ASUS says to contact the seller because he took money for the product.
AMAZON YOUR RETURN POLICY (30 days) IS VERY STUPID!!! I bought an item worth almost $1000 and after 30 days I noticed problems with the device and because of your policy I can't make a return and I lost $1000!!!!
