Defective
When I try to connect the s pen on the back it repels it like the magnets are wrong.. I researched online to see if I was doing something wrong and no the pen gets pushed away from the charging dock. I've waited forever for this to be delivered. We don't know if it's a tablet or pen issue but it's a known issue where the s pen won't connect. The battery is losing charge very fast so it may be a defective unit. I wanted to try a replacement s pen as that would be easiest. The seller wouldn't even discuss any assistance per their contact until the unit was scanned at UPS due a return? So I've spent two days trying all fixes on Reddit, Youtube, and Samsung website. Spent an hour with Samsung troubleshooting, another two hours after they suggested we try to just replace the pen and the department they'd transfer me to would mail free of charges, I was disconnected from 4 agents because their chat sucks, and violated between product support, tech support, and order support, to be told my product was already registered, couldn't be, and only Amazon could help me although there is a reconditioned Samsung 90 warranty in the box? So don't risk it. The seller couldn't care less you waited to get it and don't want to go through the process of shipping it back and waiting on a" comparable product in stock" when I use it for work; the manufacturer won't stand by their warranty to even start helping you and their customer service is so bad you don't want to own their product cause god forbid you have another problem; and Amazon won't even talk to you even though it's certified Amazon renewed or whatever... It's not worth the risk. I'm 20 hours deep in a purchase with nothing to show for it but allot of wasted time and energy. #samsung #amazonrenewed buy an ipad
