My wife told me not to buy this phone to replace my moto that was seeing better days. Thank goodness she was wrong (for once). I use Mint and have a T mobile card. I placed it into the ulefone and it worked. I transferred all of my apps to the new phone using Wi-Fi and was done. There was one alarm app that didn't work so I downloaded a different one. This is the best $110.00 that I've ever spent. The battery is just as good as my Moto. The only con is that when I'm driving, the phone is mounted on the windshield, and I cannot see the screen with polarized sunglasses on. Wow. How terrible. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Battery Charging Issues After About 2 Weeks of Usage

It's a slick phone at a great price. Complete with Android 13 and even a headphone jack. Based on price and other reviews, this is one of the best rated phones from independent carriers, at a price that can't be beat.

I purchased it because my 4 year old phone Motorola G7 Power was having battery and charge port issues (and running out of memory with only 32 gigs). On the first few charges of the new Ulefone, it charged to 100% and displayed 'Fully Charged'. However, it quickly started failing to charge fully, getting only to 94% and never stating 'fully charged'.

I contacted Ulefone support through their website and they routed me to their Amazon support team. I also contacted Amazon support 8 days after the return window closed. The agent authorized a return and I immediately ordered a new phone (one step up, the model with up to 16 gigs of RAM - which includes 8 virtual). The two models are otherwise identical, so I think my battery issue may have been related to older stock (product fulfillment was via Amazon).

I received my new phone, set it up and it's been about 5 days and it's charged fully to 100% AND is definitely holding the charge longer. It also doesn't seem to have any issues when it goes into battery saver mode (the original phone seemed to have issues crashing games like Wordscapes in battery saver mode). The original also seemed to drain quickly.

Other pros and cons - the camera is decent for the price. This is about 90% less in price than an iPhone, so the camera is as expected. There's no indication of remaining battery life estimate in settings, which I got spoiled with on my Motorola. That phone also had the shake to turn on flashlight which I will miss too. This one has a flashlight but you turn it on through the drop down menu (like most phones).

I had issues with Amazon customer service on the return/refund and wish I had contacted only Ulefone first as I think it may have been resolved with an exchange, I am not sure, but in the end, it was resolved after speaking to a supervisor.

I hope to get many years of enjoyment out of this really nice looking phone at a phenomenal price. It even includes a clear plastic case so I don't have to buy one additionally.

Arrived Defective Does Not Work! Do Not Buy!

This is the second phone I have bought from this manufacturer in a row that was defective out of the box and would not boot up. The phone crashes as it tries to boots up same as the other phone I bought from this manufacturer. Does not work at all! Had to return! Avoid phones from this manufacturer! Also this manufacturer does not have USA-based support you have to rely on an email from China. They replied to my email saying they could not help me at this time because they were off for the Chinese Dragon Festival. I bought a TCL phone instead and I have been very happy with it!

the phone looks nice and it does have a lot of storage. but one of the most important things to me is the camera and it’s horrible and very cloudy looking photos. delivery was fast and the phone is fast but for the price I expect a little more. more like a 70 dollars phone to me

Come telefono da adre a mio figlio di 10 anni per farci le sue semplici cose può andare.....la fotocamera lascia molto a desiderare, però visto il costo dell'oggetto non posso pretendere più di tanto.

Vorsicht bei der Beschreibung, entspricht nicht den Tatsachen!

Hier wird versucht, eine nicht mehr ganz zeitgemäße und somit quasi schlechte Ausstattung schönzuschreiben. Es ist von 12GB Arbeitsspeicher (RAM) die Rede. Dies steht groß und in breiten Lettern auf den Produktfotos und in der Überschrift. Tatsächlich sind es nur schwache 4GB, so wie sie vor 5 Jahren bereits verbaut wurden.
Ein weiterer Punkt, der mich zum Kauf (für meine Mutter) bewegt hat, war die Angabe von 5G. Sieht schickt aus, stimmt aber ebenfalls nicht. Hier sind 5Ghz Wifi gemeint, uninteressant, sieht nur besser aus, wenn man "hz" einfach weglässt. Das Gerät geht direkt zurück. Da gibt es tatsächlich günstige Geräte mit wenigstens 6GB RAM. Alles in allem ein totaler Fehlkauf, der mich sehr ärgert.

Qualità prezzo davvero ottima, rifinuture fatte bene, ricezione molto buona...buona capacità di archiavizione, veloce, contenuto confezione, cavo, caricabatterie, custodia in silicone (anche lei fatta bene, precisa nel riparare il cell) durata della batteria molto molto buona,comodissimo nel passare i dati da smarphone a smartphone...fotocamera molto buona anche lei...veloce anche nel riconoscimento delle impronte.
