Easily swallow
I ordered vitamin B1 since I started having numbness on my hand. I received a sealed bottle of vitamin contains 250 tablets with expiration date of 12/2024. The cap is child proof. Other than the seal of the bottle, there is cotton inside the bottle to prevent tablets breaks during transit. The tablets smell like medication and taste like it as well. It is normal round size tablet that can be easily swallow. The medication taste does stay for few minutes though.
