Bought because I was told the buttons are quiet, but they're not.
I have two different models of a Hisense TV, each one has its own style of remote. Both remotes make clicking noises when you activate the buttons. And to be clear, these are noises coming from the buttons themselves, NOT some other random noise coming from the remote. I had already returned one universal remote purchased from Amazon because the central navigation buttons were not quiet (and I know such remotes do exist, as the remote for our Sony TV is quiet). Before purchasing this remote, I asked the following :Q: Does this remote have quiet buttons? Q: Does this remote have quiet buttons? I have two Hisense smart TVs and the remotes on both click loudly when using the central navigation button.
A: Our remote is quiet. No sound comes from the remote.

I was immediately suspicious regarding this answer as the product image shown on Amazon looked identical to the remote I wanted to replace. As can be seen in the picture, it IS identical, except for not having the Hisense logo. And of course all the buttons click just as loudly as the original remote, so we will have to return this one as well.
