Rugged phone with fast charge

This is a 4g phone, but works great with a fast charge. It's got a huge battery (10K mA H), so it's bulky and a bit heavy. However, the battery life is great and I've even used it to power another phone (with a cable..). It has a 60W charger, so recharge times are much shorter than expected given the capacity. Also tough and water resistant if the rubber connector covers are in place (only immersed it in a few inches of water). No problem on the TMobile network using my existing micro sim.

I HATE this phone. I hate it so much I went back to my old phone that rarely ever charges, and will likely just up and die for good at any moment. Customer service basically told me to just have my old phone fixed and wouldn't help me find a model that would suit my needs. This is a serious decline from the service I got from them during peak covid times.

It's too heavy not to have a lanyard, but there is nowhere to put on.
I can not turn off the screen lock.
I can not change my widgets.
I dont need or want all of my apps on display, but there is no way to hide them. Instead I have to swipe through 10 pages to find what I'm looking for.
no headphone port.
No wireless charging.
Super bulky and awkward to hold.
The list goes on......

The back screen is kind of cool, so I guess there is that.

I encourage you to check the doogee website before you purchase. Try to contact them for a "test" support issue and see what kind of response you get.
If you don't want to do this you might trust your fellow consumer when I say that you'll get no response.

This smartphone is rugged and has tough padding all around.
The operating system is like the typical android OS in most phones that are not Apple
The camera quality and audio quality are both mediocre.
The screen is clear but not as sharp and most new phones.
I like that it does have a good battery life and that it lasts all day.
There is a slight issue with the weight factor but for the protection I would say it’s worth it.
