I'm extremely happy with this purchase. You will need to purchase your own batteries. Once you have that the remote works immediately on the TV. I was able to switch to different devices that were connected to my TV. I was also able to use the remote on my chromecast which is awesome as I frequently lose that particular remote due to the size😅 I have no complaints. No installation and the product does what it says and then some.
