I wanted to use this as a crossbody bag instead of a belt, and it worked perfectly. It needed to be zip tied to the little belt thing instead of attached normally, but overall its a great sturdy little bag. I'm pretty sure the leather is fake, but it looks and feels convincing enough. It wears in quickly compared to other fake leather, so it won't have any wrinkles. I pirchased this as a phone bag for a knight costume since phone access was poor in it, and it will be a great addition for any medieval adventurer. It has plenty of room for your potions, ingredients, gold, and still enough room leftover for your postmodern sorcery box too!

I bought this belt bag for my Halloween costume, so I haven’t been able to actually wear it out, but it feels very high quality, and I’m sure it’ll hold up for Halloween! It’s big enough for my phone, a few cards, some cash, and even some makeup like mascara and lipstick/chapstick.
The belt did come with the belt holes punched, but I did have to take the scraps out of the holes (if that makes sense)
Not complaining though! Definitely worth the price.

Make no mistake, this is a costume accessory. It's not real leather and it won't last for years. But, if you're just needing to finish off a costume for a ren fair or something and you don't want to spend real-leather-money, it's actually pretty good. It looks authentic enough, it's soft enough to be functional, and it gets the job done. The belt is long enough to have extra hanging down and the pouch is large enough to hold a reasonably sized cell phone and wallet (not one of those enormous flat screen TV phones).

For the price, it really ain't bad. I'll probably use it until it starts to crack, and then get something better.
